Self-Catering Properties in Foodie Vejer De La Frontera.
The Califa Casas Group, is a collection of boutique hotels and award-winning restaurants in the Andalucian town of Vejer de la Frontera, and is launching a new portfolio of self-catering Califa Casas for 2020. These four properties, sleeping between 4 and 8, have been specially chosen with comfort and relaxation in mind. While each of the four houses has unique features from vaulted cellars to grand roof terraces, common to them all are great views, traditional architecture and the chance to relax in what is regarded as one of Andalucia’s most beautiful White Towns.
The Casas are just one of the exciting developments coming to Vejer from the Califa Group in 2020. Also, opening is a traditional Hamam, something that has been absent from the White Town for several hundred years. The Califa Hamam will be a blend of the traditional Roman baths with a caldarium, tepidarium and a frigidarium, as well as a traditional steam room common to Moroccan hammams, and a domed atrium and massage room.
Located in the province of Cádiz, Vejer is just 10kms inland from the Atlantic coast and the beaches of El Palmar and Cape Trafalgar. Widely regarded as being the best preserved of the 'Pueblos Blancos', Vejer is a historic town of turreted walls, flower-filled courtyards and ancient buildings. It has developed a very strong gastronomic scene with a range of excellent restaurants, traditional cafés and tapas bars in which to while away the time.
